A. Seibert Wetzlar 75/1,6

Projection lens made for Emo, by Seibert of Wtzlar West Germany.
Information from Martin Tai (http://photo.net/minox-camera-forum/003HX0?start=0)
Arthur Seibert ( 1906- 1980) was Ernst Leitz lens designer from 1920 to 1947. In 1948 Seibert left Leitz and undertook the task of designing a subminature lens for Minox camera .
Arthur Seibert was a great optics designer, his most famous designs were the five element Pentar lens of Minox II and the COMPLAN lens for Minox III/IIIs/B, and early Minox C. The Pentar and COMPLAN are still two of the sharpest subminature lenses-- in fact the sharpest of any commercial photographic lenses

In 1951, Arthur Seibert formed his own optik company

This lens was designed for 16mm film projector. Usually such lens only has sharp in center. But this lens has sharpness in edge too, like Kern 75/2,8 cmount.

Meyer Optik Gorlitz Trioplan 75/3,5

Meyer Optik Gorlitz Trioplan 75/3,5 Prontor - S
This lens was used for Weltax (or weltaflex ?) Medium format camera.

Like other lens with shutter dial/speed, this lens has 2 sets of blades.
one for aperture, and another one for shutter release. Shutter blades can create shuriken (Ninja star) like this.

This one wide open, and shutter blades also wideopen.

RE Topcor 5,8cm/1,8 Tokyo kogaku

First of all, the lens has some fungus. I haven't time to clean it. It's quiet prone to strong light, cannot tell if this is because of fungus or not, until it's being cleaned.

Using Lens turbo on NEX5, the flare is present without lens turbo too. over all sharpness is improved using lens turbo.
