Takumar 17/4 Fish eye M42

When I spot this lens on ebay, I never heard nor read about it before. But I'm interested of it small size, that will match in my NEX and Takumar is guarantee of good lenses. So I bid. only me, I won.

I used Panorama mode on Nex5

closest focus 0,2 meter to   only 2 meters. So beyond 2 meter is infinity, make it easy to take landscape.
Too bad There's no front cap.
It's not a lens for low light, very dark in viewfinder.
On daylight it takes advantage, it sharp!

Sharp enough wide lens. My friend said that this lens is cheapest wide lens on market.  Maybe he's right. But the quality isn't cheap. Its sharp wide open. The one I don't like is; when its stepped down, the speed will drop so much.
