There's 2 ways to make pano picture. stacking in camera or handphone and do it in software (eg. Photoshop, Microsoft ICE etc.)

Sony NEX has built in panorama mode. This is sample using Konica Hexanon 28/3,5 AE
Taking pano shot with NEX or other built in pano mode camera need steady hands to make horisontal/vertical line. in the mean time, object should be stand still, not moving. otherwise there will be "ghost". see sample below. but sometimes, I shot like this on purpose
