Carl Zeiss Planar 50/1,8 Rollei

Got this lens in ugly condition, fungus, paint loss everywhere,  infinity achived but not same as letters written, aperture stuck wide open.
WHat else ? screws damage, But the glass seem OK. So all shot is wide open, look at my son's eyes
